BJJ specific

Training days, rest days and the demands that come with grappling.

Personalised

Based on your body, goals, training and food preferences.

Actually useful

Meals and portions you can use, rather than three numbers and “good luck”.

The problem

Knowing the basics isn't the hard bit.

Most grapplers I speak to aren't completely clueless about nutrition. The problem is turning all that information into meals that work around training, work and everything else.

Knowing your macros still leaves you working out what 287g of carbs looks like on a Tuesday.

The solution

Give it the useful information. It does the boring bit.

Complete the questionnaire with your bodyweight, goal, training and food preferences. Your answers are used to work out your calorie and macro targets, then turn them into meals and snacks.

Separate training-day and rest-day setups, with the portions written down.

How it works

Three simple steps.

Tell me about you

Buy the plan, then complete the questionnaire with your goal, training and the foods you like and avoid.

Your plan is built

Why I built it

Most people don't need another 47 nutrition articles.

I've spent 19 years working with BJJ athletes. Plenty understand the basics but still struggle with the gap between knowing nutrition and actually setting it up properly.

I built this system to automate that setup. You provide the information; it does the calculations and builds the plan.

Before you buy

A few practical questions.

How do I receive the plan?

After purchasing, complete the questionnaire. Your plan is generated from your answers and sent as a PDF to the email address you provide.

Is this ongoing one-to-one coaching?

No. This is an automated plan setup, not ongoing coaching or weekly check-ins.

Can I enter foods I avoid?

Yes. Include food preferences, dislikes and dietary restrictions in the questionnaire. Always check ingredient labels and allergen information before eating.

Is it only for competitors?

No. It's for people who train BJJ and want a clear food plan. You don't need a competition booked.

What happens if I need help with my order?

Use the contact page with your order details. The purchase terms explain the service and what's included.
