This will be a one off price for 8 weeks of coaching with the goal to strip fat as fast as possible, while still performing on the mats.

  • You then get your Personalised Nutrition Plan and Training Program.

  • Walk through videos for your plan and all the resources will be supplied.

  • Weekly education videos to aid in plans adjustments - including step by step process.

  • Individual calls at the Mid point call to access progress.

  • Individual calls at the end of the program to outline transitioning to a performance plan and next steps.
